got water in fuel, removed water, car ran but not 100%. so, put new filter in
now wont start unless i dump gas down intake. getting plenty of pressure to
throttle body but not getting to injectors. crank sensor? maybe water still in
throttle body?

What kind of engine?

For as gas engine you will have to overhaule the complete injection rail
and clean it from the remaining water.

A diesel engine has probably an injection pump damage.

If a large amount of water was injected that may be even result in a
cylinder head crack.
