On what basis do you say that?

Ford Focus and its predecessors have been top-selling cards in Britain for
decades, usually heading the list. British motoring journalists
consistently rate the Focus as among the best drivers' cars in the class of
that type of 'mass' car. They even stand up well on a value-for-money basis
compared to some 'premium' cars.

They are not the worst for reliability either.
